Re-submitting STP to update for JK-TIER1

Good afternoon, I didn't realise I had to add the TIER1 & TIER2 to my software until today. We pay our employees weekly, so which payrun date should I do the STP Update Event for JobKeeper Extenssion? I run the payroll each Wednesday, so is the date for STP Update event the 30th September or first Wednesday in October?

I put mine in on the date that FN14 fell on, a pay around 11/10
