Transfer 2013 plus from a CD installing, to a ssd laptop

I have reckon personal plus 2013 on CD and now want to install on my new ssd laptop. I have transferred the CD file to the new computer but no action. What do I need to do now. Speaking to Reckon is as useful as you know what on a bull.

    I am trying to load Personal Plus 2013 on my laptop but it is not letting me. It keeps saying This app is blocked for your protection?

    My installation key code is L153Y4C4TYVL. I am not sure where I will get my customer ID from as I only just purchased the software package from ebay?
