Sending Inventory data between two company files

HI, We have two different company files under the same ABN and whenever we introduce new lines into inventory we load up in one Company file and then have do go through and manually load each item on the second company file. This is very time consuming when you launch 50+ new lines at a time.

Is there a way of uploading all the new products from one company file to the other. i don't want to bring over stock quantities, just part number description and price etc.
