Restore existing company

I just installed Accounts Plus 2020 but when I went back and opened Accounts Plus 2019, my data did not load and I need to restore my company. I don't have a recent external back up and I don't know where the normal data file is stored on my computer as it usually loads when I open the program. Does anyone know where I should look for the company file?

You could do a search on your computer for *.QBW and see what turns up, look at the date to see how current it is.

Thanks Gerry, I have done that and found a file that was only a few hours old and now managed to restore the data to the updated program. Much appreciated.
