Hi, All week now when I am invoicing a customer then go back to see that customers prior history there is no such customer

Hi Tanya,

Do you mean that the invoice doesn't show under the customer's information in Reckon Accounts?

Could you please check the filters and set them to All? Does this bring up all your invoices?

Also, within the invoice section, do you see this invoice saved if you press previous/next?

Lastly, I recommend verifying and rebuilding your file, to eliminate potential data corruption.

In order to better understand the situation you are facing, can you provide a step-by-step description of what you are clicking when you are trying to "see the customers prior history".

Are you able to view the Customer List / Customer Centre screen?

Is this the area that you looking at and are not able to find the customer you are looking for?

As indicated by Mario in the post above, we recommend that you perform a Verify and? Rebuild data operation to check the integrity of your file for any data errors.
