Superannuation

I have discovered that the superannuation calculation is added to the gross pay and the tax is being applied to the total amount.
Also when I go to pay the pay liabilities, only the ATO tax component is showing , none of the superannuation amounts are listed.
I am totally confused as to what is happening, I have been using Quickbooks for 21 years and had no problems up until now.

Check the setup for your payroll items for your SGC items. It sound like somehow:
- Tax Tracking Type has been set/changed to Gross Payments instead of None
- Under the Taxes tab, there is a tick against PAYG Tax whereas it should be blank.
