I have an inventory item that is showing the incorrect average coast, how can this be corrected,

Hi Fred,

You can create an inventory adjustment journal for a 'value adjustment'.

1. In Reckon Accounts, click on the List menu and select the Item List.
2. Click on the Activities button and select Adjust Quantity/Value On Hand.
3. Tick the Value Adjustment option
4. Enter the Date & Adjustment Account in the top section.
5. In the Item column, enter the first Item you want to change.
6. In the New Value column, enter the New Value you want for that item
   • Note: You can calculate this by multiplying the Qty on Hand by the desired Average Cost.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 as needed
