Unrecoverable Error

I receive this error when trying to process a deposit. Then the system shuts down. When I checked how to solve the problem it suggests that I obtain technical support as to what to do.

    Bsisc Hi,


    Have you tried to run the verify from the utilities menu? If that doesn't finish normally, you might need to run the rebuild from the utilities menu. If that doesn't work, feel free to contact me. I do this stuff for a living

    Hi Kevin,

    I've run both the Verify and rebuild from the utilities menu. The error is still happening. The system then shuts down. I'll have to give you a call

    PS Both verify & rebuild went through with no problems.
