Unrecoverable Error

I receive this error when trying to process a deposit. Then the system shuts down. When I checked how to solve the problem it suggests that I obtain technical support as to what to do.

I've run both the Verify and rebuild from the utilities menu. The error is still happening. The system then shuts down. I'll have to give you a call
