GATEWAY AUTHENTICATION ERROR - RAH
Can someone please tell me why I continue to get this error and am logged out, we are in multi user mode and the other user is not affected in anyway, only me. It's very frustrating as now I have to get the other user to log out so I can log off remote sessions and log back in.
It happens at least twice a day

Jo-Anne. Are you sure that you are not both using the same Administrator login? If you are the administrator, it is my experience that you can go into the control panel and logout the other user. Logging out the other user may not necessarily solve your problem, but it would be worth looking at.
I also agree with Kevin that it is worth swapping to a different browser in case there is something which is blocking the process in your current browser.
