I am trying to reinstall my copy of Quicken Personal Plus 2011 onto a new PC from the original CD. When I did this I got an error when trying to enter the installation key. I rang support who advised me to visit the members.reckon website where I could log on and download the program.
I did this and ran the install and when it came time to enter the installation key I got error code 7144.
Is anyone able to help me.
