Reckon Accounts Personal 2013

I have had to replace my PC, and have lost my Reckon Accounts Personal 2013 program. My customer ID is 468027 and I have my Product Key number. Could you please send me the link so that I can download it again. I have the details backed up to my Synology box, therefore I should be able to restore everything.

I'm running Windows 10, 64 bit.

    Do you have your customer number and pin, you could try logging on to the members porta

    Unfortunately, members portal won't accept my login attempts as it says my username and email address is already taken.

    is this the site you went to?

    customer no and pin are the only things entered here, not email address
