Reckon Accounts stops working

I am having an issue with Reckon Accounts stopping at the oddest time! It is when I create and Estimate. I can enter the first line of items. Its when I attempt to enter the second line that I get the message that Reckon Accounts has stopped working and must be closed down. So frustrating. Any ideas?
