I am entering an inventory adjustment entry Adjust Quantity/Value on Hand..

This error has appeared...why?

Hi Jo-anne,

Please try resorting the Item list by clicking on same List drop down menu < item list < item drop down button on the bottom left of the screen and select resort list

Please perform similar step with COA

List< Chart of accounts< account drop down < resort list
