Hi

I have just completed my wages and go to the online banking to create my aba file. There are 53 payments but when i preview the file it is only showing 52 and the totals are different😱

    Probably in one employee's details online banking is not selected.

    work out the difference and compare with payroll report and you should be able to identify the one

    They are all in the folder, it only disappears when i preview the folder that is disappears

    Are any payments going to the same bank account? It may have consolidated 2 lines into 1 ...

    If the dollar amount in the preview aba is different to the net amount of the payroll report, calculate the difference and see if that amount is equal to one of the pays
