Reorder inventory

I would like to see a pop up reminder/list/report of stock that has been flagged to be reordered when it gets below a certain level. Is there a way to see the inventory that needs ordering as a pop up each time the stock goes below a certain qty? Thank you

For each item you can set a re-order point.

There is a report "Inventory Status by Item" that would show al list of all the items on hand quantities and re-order point.

You can also enable the Preference setting to display the Reminders (Click on Edit | Preferences)

Then go to the "Company Preferences" tab where you can set the "Inventory to Reorder" to display the Reminder List as a summary or show it in detail (enable Show List to see full details).

By clicking the Help menu and then Reckon Accounts Help you can search for topics such as "reorder point" for more info.

Thank you for this info - I have this all done already but it still wont let this staff member see what he needs to reorder.

Would you know what permission tick box that I need to complete so he will see this as a pop up reminder daily like I do as admin:

@amemobility Have a look at the User's access selections (under Set Up Users in Company dropdown list .... May need Full Access selected under Inventory ?

NB There are other Reminder options also in there though that contain what could be considered "Sensitive" data, or may have restricted access. It doesn't appear that the Reminders can be activated on a per-user basis (more an all-or-nothing-feature) so if that still doesn't work, Reminders may actually only be visible by the Admin User.

You can print this list though & provide them with that ?

Ah .... I was referring to the standard User access windows but you're on Enterprise so you have much greater configuration options!

There may be an option just for Reminders only under Lists ? Try under Suppliers & Payables for Inventory ?

You may need to give Full Access there in the Item List, rather than Partial as currently set ...
