Uploading a QIF

I am trying to upload a QIF file that was emailed to me but can't work out how to get the qif bank file into the My Live (Q)?

Also is Reckon always so slow and clunky?

    You use the floating ŕound tool icon thingy. You can upload the qif file to the upload folder. Its a snip really. Call me if you get stuck 0407744914
