Server issue

I am using Reckon Accounts hosted and it has been lagging for the past two days. Tech support tells me that there is an issue with a high usage on the server and they are trying to fix it. Cannot give me an eta as to when this will be fixed. What is going on ???. End of financial year this is a big inconvenience to the company. Anyone else having issues ??

    Hi,

    We're having the exact same issues, everything is lagging and with 10 users around the country trying to work, it is unusable. First customer support rep i spoke to told me "there are no problems" and it is probably your internet connection (108mbps, not that) or you need to "clean out your cookies...." (three different browsers, same result, not that) The second person i spoke to admitted to the problem and that they were working on it and it should be fixed this afternoon. 2PM now and still no improvement.

    Hi,

    Very frustrating, got told the exact same things. However got told they could not give me an eta on the fix. End of financial year, They should be able to do better than that. obviously their server is not big enough to handle the high usage at the moment.

    Agree - very frustrating - I do not remember it being like this last year - wish we had some truthful answers as to what is going on. Keep getting logged off whilst backing up and it crashes. Just got logged off again whilst running customer statements. Pay roll took forever to do this morning.

    Really not happy and if this continues - will be speaking to my Directors & outside Accountant about moving elsewhere.

    NB Outside Accountant cant even log in - what a joke!!
