how to fully delete database server to convert to user not host

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

changing to new computer, installed reckon 2021, but cannot delete the server off the old computer i want to keep as slave. so right now both computers are trying to host multi user.Have deleted both and reinstalled both up to 3 times now.
