Keyboard is not working on my IPAD

Can you assist me? My keyboard on the iPad nor the external exboard is not working inside the Reckon pages, keyboard works fine in all other apps etc. I see that I am not the 1st person to have this problem can you assist ASAP?

I have the latest IPad, all versions are up to date, re-installed Chrome, to no avail. I need to work from my IPad not from the PC

    I am having multiple problems at the moment using the iPad, but I have always had to do a 3 finger tap on the screen to bring up the keyboard, now it’s a little random in light of the other problems
