Using Credits from the same customer but different jobs

I am needing help in regards to how I can use credits from the same customer but they have different jobs.

Eg. you have a builder you work for different jobs so the builders name is first but then has sub categories for the different jobs done at different addresses.

Could someone please help in regards to how I can do this.

The credits would have to be allocated to the same job I believe
