I am just confirming with the community if the SG charge is now 10% effective from pay runs from 01.07.21/

    Yes, that's correct Lilani - The "SG Charge" is actually a penalty on late Super but if you're referring to the compulsory employer Super Guarantee that was previously 9.5%, RAH (& RA & R1) will update the percentage rate automatically for you on Paycheques dated from 01/07/21 😊

    It's nothing to do with Awards (?) - The SG increase is due to the change in national legislation & this information is freely available so asking a question in this forum just confirming that's the case, hardly equates to needing "accountable" advice 🙄

    Clearly I tend to be a bit more conservative about interpreting awards.
