YTD Payroll Totals not showing in employee files nor on payslips

Since the 2021 upgrade, YTD Pay & tax totals are not showing up within employee files/payrol nor are they showing on payslips - urgent advise would be appreciated please?

    They are on my payslips - Reckon Hosted correct?

    Yes Reckon Hosted... i am currently on the phone to tech support and they have advised that i need to 'rebuild' my data 3x times... so just going through that process

    For anyone else experiencing the same issue- it seems that as per the tech guys advise, running 3x rebuilds fixes this issue... i have just gone through this process and YTD payroll/tax figures are now showing on employee centre and payslips..... how bizaare!
