STP prior year end upload error

I've tried to upload the final 2021 year end for a couple clients - late I know - but get the following ATO error;

We were unable to process your submission because you have not reported using Single Tourch Payroll for that financial year


I've called the ATO and they said its my software issue they are all good to receive the file?

Any hints for what I've missed please

    Have any of the pays been reported through STP?

    Did you select the correct year?

    Yes she did ring ATO…

    ok thank you Kris, no I hadn't uploaded any pay runs during the period - have done that now and they a have been marked success - so fingers crossed I can proceed.
