CONNECTION LOST - ABORT

Connection Has Been Lost - ABORT
This week we have started receiving this message a few times a day.
Can this please be resolved as this can happen when we are entering invoices/estimates/banking and we loose all the information we have input on those documents.
Is anyone else having this issue?

In case there’s something wrong with the file, rebuild data (3 times) and see if there are any problems
