edited February 2022 in Accounts Hosted

I renewed my annual subscription on 1 August 2021 and received confirmation of payment by e-mail of 10.45 pm that day.

I have just attempted to save a lengthy tax invoice to send to a client but was unable to do so. A message appeared stating my Reckon account was not activated and I should telephone a given 1300 number. I telephoned that but received a message referring me to Reckon Community for assistance as I had telephoned out of Reckon office hours.

Please re-activate my account. It is frustrating that it has been de-activated.

    Hi Adrian

You've posted in the Reckon Accounts Hosted category - Are you using Hosted or a Reckon Accounts desktop program?

Activation is required when installing or upgrading a desktop program as this switches the product "on" (for want of a better definition) for receiving Update notifications etc - The program can be opened up to 5 times before Activation is required but it's is a quick, simple process that you can do within the program itself, in a few seconds! šŸ˜

With the program open, click on File (along the top toolbar, below your Company File name)

In the dropdown menu list, a few lines up from the bottom, you should see the Activate option. Just click on this, follow the prompts to confirm your details & that's it šŸ˜Š
