Quoting template

Hi, We currently have just a STD quote template.

Can I generate a new template which will be used on specific project related work as the steps or stages will be common and re-used with most of our clients.

I would like to have several Specific templates with project names to identify them.

Example would be I am quoting a client on a server decommission at their office, I would select Server decom from my templates list and the wording / steps that would be carried out in this job would be auto generated and appear, then I just would add the qty / hours and the price

@dennisf Create the quote with all the lines/text detail you want & Memorise it.

You can then regenerate it anytime - pre-filled as saved - & select any Customer/Job you like 😊

Thanks Gerry appreciate your reply, I am just creating a template now and I will try to input the text using a previous quote that I sent to a client.

I am thinking if I do this in the template layout adding and using a text box that should be the answer, not sure till I try first.

You can create a new template from any existing ones you like and then its the items at you use for the working that you want to see.
