Accounts Hosted Connection Drop outs

Hi

Since the scheduled maintenance last week.

The accounts hosted connection keeps dropping out/getting lost

i haven't been able to get through an invoiced with 5-6 drop outs

Am i doing something wrong, i don't think it is my internet connection as im able to surf

Have others experienced this issue, can one please shed some light

    I dont have the same issue. What kind of internet connection do you have? What browser are you using? Have you reset it recently?

    I’m fine too, have you tried using a different browser as a test?

    all good here, you can always drop it down to your desktop if you think the data file is an issue.

    thanks all for responding

    im on NBN with Telstra, & using the Firefox browser

    Never had an issue with the browser before

    Database appears to be working

    I reckon ill start with nbn Telstra

    any issues and ill be back...enjoy your thursday

    I use Firefox successfully as well, but as Gerry suggested you could download and use on Enterprise to get your work done and test your file. You could try a different browser just in case some updates have caused a glitch.

    Hi Kris. That's usually my approach. Often you find its not a problem with the hosted environment but its with the file. I would create a portable back up restore it to the desktop, in the proper directory, and test the functionality. You can then restore that file to the hosted setup when you are confident its working properly. I think this is in the help files somewhere. It certainly should be.

    the melb blackouts yesterday appear to have fixed my drop out issues

    just a clunky NBN connection methinks
