Invoicing

Hi peoples,

We use Reckon Hosted x 2 and do all the accounting business from our office. We also have an office in QLD and they only do invoicing. These invoices are emailed to me and I enter them in our system. Is there anyway to have him connected to our system, without outlaying $700+

Why cant they log into hosted and do their own invoicing, is your file setup as multi use mode?

We currently pay for 2 users in Hosted. An additional user is another $700+ . Oh i think I know what you mean now. When one user isn't logged on, he can log on as that user!!

Absolutely, do you need everyone on at once

I think we would have him log in once a week to do his invoicing.

I don't think we have any other option!!

Only thing required is Android Note pad
