Are the Reckon Hosted licenses concurrent or nominated?
eg 4 user license.
10 logins but only 4 can login at once?
OR
4 distinct nominated named users?

If you have 4 Hosted User ID's, then those 4 can be logged in simultaneously.
If you have a DATA FILE (Company File/ QBW) and that has 10 usernames setup, then you would be able to have any 4 out of those 10 usernames logged in at the same time, each would be using a Hosted User ID.
What is the difference between Reckon Accounts Hosted login and Company Data File login

Hosted User ID 1: 111222-1
Hosted User ID 2: 111222-2
Hosted User ID 3: 111222-3
Hosted User ID 4: 111222-4
Company Data File Logins
A data file named "My Company File.QBW" has inside it 10 usernames setup in the Users List
Username 1: Adam
Username 2: Ben
Username 3: Chris
Username 4: David
Username 5: Eddie
Username 6: Frances
Username 7: Gina
Username 8: Harriet
Username 9: Iris
Username 10: Jenny
Day 1:
Hosted User ID 1: 111222-1, logged in as username Gina
Hosted User ID 2: 111222-2, logged in as username Eddie
Hosted User ID 3: 111222-3, logged in as username Chris
Hosted User ID 4: 111222-4, logged in as username Ben
Day 2:
Hosted User ID 1: 111222-1, logged in as username David
Hosted User ID 2: 111222-2, logged in as username Adam
Hosted User ID 3: 111222-3, logged in as username Jenny
Hosted User ID 4: 111222-4, logged in as username Iris
Depending on your licenses all should be able to log in at once.

Please dont tell me you bought the software without understanding this? Its a major limitation of hosted compared to the cloud based software, paying by user login. It's the first thing you need to know.
