Renewal Expired one day ago how to I get access to files and renew for accounts hosted

My account was set up on auto renewal and for some reason it didn't and renewal emails went to junk mail. Can I fix this and get files back asap.

    Im sure you have a backup. Ring Hosted support 1300756663. Also, why did you ignore the renewal email? Don't you check your junk mail. When the renewal was declined you should have received notification. Its a lesson to take a backup at least weekly and copy it to your local drive or One drive. Its routine maintenance at my place.
