How to print reports showing Gross amount

Options

Hi,

I am using Reckon Accounts 2021 desktop. Can someone tell me how to set preferences to enable me to print reports showing the gross amount and not the net amount please. Thanks Denise

try Edit - Preferences - Reporting, select Gross and see if that helps

    Hi Kris,

I did change the settings as suggested but it hasn't made any difference to the financial report figures. I also tried changing it under Edit - Preferences - Tax and changed it from Net to Gross, however this had made no difference either as the reports are showing exactly the same figures.

I tried to find a reference in the Knowledge base but can't see anything relating to this. Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

    Thanks Denise

Financial reports aren’t meant to have GST included

Sorry Kris, yes you are right but from the P&L report I drill down into the transactions that make up the totals showing on the P&L and would like to be able to print off individual reports for this purpose.

I see, you’ll just have to keep fiddling, good luck

@Denise Durant When you drill down on the report totals, this shows you the individual transactions that make up that amount. You can modify all reports further including formatting, adding/removing columns & subtotalling.

If not that, what is it exactly that you’re wanting to see? 🤔
