Importing Bank Transactions

Hi there,

I have just started trying the import bank transactions via a qif file

I successfully imported the last months data in but didn't realise I am missing some transactions from the start of the month so I tried to import the missed dates. I go to Import Bank Statement select the new imported qif file , it says it is converting the file but the next screen does not pop up so I cant proceed.

If I click view in the online banking screen - nothing comes up.

What am I missing?
