Uploaded same payroll period twice on STP

How can I delete a successful payroll upload on STP. Same month submitted twice and both were successful. Will this be picked up EFY at ATO?

It is an ATO requirement that no STP lodgements be deleted. However this will not be an issue as STP only reports year to date totals so there will not be any double counting either now or EFY
