Is there an aged payable's report by month in lieu of days?

Not specifically but the Aged reports are set to default 30-day intervals (which can be changed to a different number of days) - If you're using payment terms & these have been set up correctly - including "30 Days > EOM" which often hasn't been ! - they should match up with what is due monthly.
