New Hard Drive and Quicken PP 2009

I had hard drive problems and needed to get a new drive, have been using Quicken Personal Plus 2009. Loaded from my disc and put in my Installation Key Code, goes to Online Services, click continue and then all closes. Just want to get back in and use backup to install my information.

Appreciate any help.
