Using Existing File to Make a new company file

Hi
I need to make a new company file that will mirror an existing company. Can this be done and how do I do this?

Not automatically. However, you can export all your Lists from your original Company File & import them into the new one βΊοΈ

yes , that is easily done , via iif ,then Cosmic creates individual UNPAID CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS with their right dates ETC . and any unallocated deposits .
Memorised reports has to be done manually .

Perhaps users can consider making use of both the Clean Up Company Data function to generate a file that does not contain any transactions, whilst retaining all of the Lists, and retaining the Memorised Reports, then engaging the assistance of @cosmic for the creation of individual open invoices (Customers) and unpaid bills (Suppliers), along with other unallocated deposits.
