TAXABLE PAYMENTS REPORT and option

Hoping someone can help. We are a small renovation company. We use reckon hosted. We've started a second company - also renovations. I've managed to set a totally new company up by using the wizard and selected construction. I later found that I could import certain lists over so I didn't have to set up all the chart of accounts etc again. It wouldn't let me import all of them at once in one go, but managed to do them individually - supplier list, item list and chart of accounts.

I've notice that the suppliers don't have the option on their file for tick to be included in the Taxable payment reporting. In fact, the option is not there at all. It's there in the other company. I've gone up the top to Suppliers, Tax activities and the Process Taxable Payment option is not there.

Have I missed a stage where I have to opt into this?

This is an optional preference so you just need to enable it in your Company Preferences under the Tax section which is located via the Edit (along top toolbar) dropdown menu > Preferences:

Thank you Shaz - really appreciate your help. I've got myself so worked up looking for this. Been putting off setting this up as its been 10 years since I did the other one.
