Reinstalling Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013 on new computer



I phoned Reckon and they suggested that I contact Community, here I am.

I am only a computer user current going to be 82 years old, so cannot understand why it is so difficult to reinstall personal plus 2013.

After installing the software to my new computer, it came up with saying that this is not the computer it was originally installed, so how do i get this to work

    I am pleased to advise that at this time the Reckon Accounts is working, I did a register again, which may be sorted out the issue
