Bulk update of customer additional information field

Hello, I need to do a bulk update of a customers additional information field (custom filed: "Your Reference"). The customer has around 300 jobs. Is this possible? I really don't want to have to do each one manually.

Yes, bulk update of database info can be done as per Phuong's info below, just not transactions ☺️

Hi @MelC_JT,

Yes, you can do a bulk update. The simplest way is using IIF import/export.

First, you need to export your customers to IIF file. Then open the IIF file and update the custom field values for all the customers (or jobs) you want to update. Next thing is to import the edited IIF file back to Reckon.

Make sure to backup your file before starting so you can always restore it to the original stage if anything goes wrong.
