Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2021 prevents upgrade to 2022

My 2021 subscription finished in May. At the time I had health problems. Now, if I try to log the 2021 I get the message the file is corrupt and I need help. However buying the 2022 program, did not provide the solution. Please can anybody help me?
