Back up file in read only

After logging in again after final payroll, reckon asked me to open in new version. I created a back up and closed out. Trying to open reckon today, launched 2022 - cannot open as file has been update. Restore back up file. Restore a back up copy - I chose the file - Do you want to replace - yes - This file is set to read-only. Try again with different file name.
HELP!

Thank Gerry, when I signed in the next day it allowed me to access the company file....one of those 'shut it down & walk away' technically issues perhaps..lol
