Removing Tax added in super guarantee

Hi All

I have one employee, that I may have incorrectly set up at commencing employment.

in the super guarantee section, PAYG tax is ticked. Therefore adding PAYG tax. I have attempted several times to remove the tick which appears to happen as I work through the screens. when i re open the screens the tick has returned.

How do I remove this?

    Have you tried ticking it in the employee details, not in the pay itself

    Hi Kris, yes.

    i may have had success after logging out and back in. So far it seems to have accepted the change
