STP Final Event Mistake

I have processed the STP for the 30th June payroll and then processed the Final Event for the 2022 Financial Year.

I had to setup a YTD amount for the grossed up FBT amount which I did and my payslip had the right YTD amount of $29747.00 (FBT is $550 per fortnight). But when I looked on my mygov and then the portal it shows the Tax Free Amount (FBT) as $29197.00 which is $550 short.

To me it looks like the YTD FBT grossed up amount should have been $550 more but then wouldn't that make my YTD balance higher. Also, can you submit a new final event for 2022?

Appreciate your help.

Thank You

To answer your last question first, yes you can. Go back to the wages and get it right before you submit it again

I have just changed the YTD FBT figure and now on my payslip it shows $30297 as the YTD instead of $29747. So wont the new Final Event be wrong?

I have adjusted the YTD Amount to the correct amount as we had 27 fortnights not 26 fortnights. My Payslip shows YTD Amount of $30890 which is correct.

When I upload it to the portal it is showing as $30340. I haven't hit submit yet. Why is this happening.
