STP error - Gross wage discrepancy

Hi

Can someone please help me with an STP error. When I reconcile payroll for the whole year, I realized there's a mistake that one employee's salary sacrifice was set up wrong, it was put under Payroll Liability- Super instead of Payroll Liability - Salary Sacrifice. After correcting it, the Gross Total wage for the whole year changed, but PAYG, super etc. weren't affected. Now is it ok just do the Finalise Year STP, and somehow every single STP submission through out the year will be automatically corrected?
