Reckon Hosted 2022 problem

We migrated to the 2022 version a few weeks ago and has been well

One of my operators inadvertently tried to open the company file with the 2021 option and when we select the 2022 option it is now asking us to upgrade to the new version

When we try to launch 2021 it is saying we have upgraded to 2022

Im not sure what i need to do without losing my company data

Can anyone shed some light?
