Taxable Payment Report

I am trying to export the TPAR report for my 2nd entity, keeps coming up with 2 errors, Company Info must have contact name & Company info must have a telephone number with 10 digits. All my suppliers have both contact names and 10 digit phone numbers but still getting this error. I have 2 entity's, the first entity I have been reporting for a number of years and I am not receiving this error when exporting, with contacts with less contact info and less than 10 digits in the phone number. Using the same Reckon program but have 2 different company files. Any thoughts?

They’re referring to the company details under company info not suppliers
