Importing customer remittances into Reckon Accounts Hosted

Hello,
We have remittance advices for clients in csv files.
Can we import these into Reckon and then allocate the payments against customer invoices?
Cheers

Hi Gina,
I don't think you can do it easily with just Reckon application. I have built something similar for my clients in the past so maybe I can help you if you are interested.
Basically, it is a standalone application that connects to your RAH file, it allows you to upload a CSV file, I imagine the file will have info such as invoice number, payment date, payment amount, etc.. the app then can find the matched invoice in RAH, do some verifications (see if invoices balance are correct, customer name matched if we have customer name, etc..) and import payments into RAH and mark these invoices as paid or partially paid depend on the payment amounts

Hi
Is it possible to have demonstration on this as I would like to import Invoices into our customers please. I looked at Zed Axis and Transaction Pro but to no success. I am not sure if it relates to us working on a dedicated File Server ( also maybe 32 bit in 64 bit or visa versa)
regards
Kathy

Hi @Kathyd
I'm happy to show you how my solution works. It is a cloud-based application to connect to your Reckon Hosted, so it doesn't matter what PC you use.
