What items are subject to PAYG Tax. At present we have all OTE & Overtime payroll items plus any Salary Sacrifice Super Fund ticked. We do not have the SGA Super Funds ticked. Is this correct?

Yes, this is correct. The PAYG Tax selection isn't necessarily what attracts PAYG but what "impacts" it - The reason SS Super is selected is because it reduces PAYG (If you leave it unticked it won't reduce the gross pay by the SS amount!)
