RAH Frozen

I am sending customer statements. I sent 1 with a delay. I have just tried to send a second statement to a different customer, the system has frozen.

RAH is lagging terribly. I have shut down and logged out remotely, very slow.

I’ve just been on for an hour with no issues

As I mentioned above, I have had to shut everything down and log back in. It took awhile but I was eventually able to re-sue the software.

It’s frustrating I’m sure, just makes me wonder if it’s the program or internet connection. I use Firefox
