Business logo only loading on 3 out of 21 statements

Hi!

I have been having an issue when sending statements.

It seems as though the logo only loads on a few statements then disappears?

Have tried multiple times to attach the logo different ways, log out of reckon and log back in but it will always disappear?

The logo size is 1.6MB so its not 'too large'. It is also a jpeg file as suggested.

Don't know what else I can do?
